The Bedhampton Summer Show

Saturday 6th July 2019 at Bidbury Mead

1pm – Teddy Bears’ Picnic

2pm – Opening by the Mayor of Havant Stalls and a variety of Arena Events

Some of the proceeds this year will be going towards the Beacon Food Bank as a donation as well as the churches of St Nicholas and St Thomas.

In previous years, the Bedhampton community have excelled themselves with their kind donations.

In June, boxes will be placed in both churches for further donations We are looking specifically for the following -­‐

Bottle Stall -­‐ any spare Wine, Pop, Squash, sauces

Book Stall -­‐ Fiction/Non-­‐fiction (paperback only) and Children’s books Toy Stall -­‐ any clean toys all complete and in working order please Bric-­‐a-­‐brac -­‐ any useful items; Ornaments, Kitchenware

One man’s junk is another mans treasure! NO ELECTRICAL ITEMS THANK YOU Accessory Stall -­‐ jewellery, handbags, gloves, scarves and hats Household -­‐ unwanted gifts, linen, tablecloths

Soft Toy Stall -­‐ clean, soft animals.

Items can be collected.

Congratulations to Amy Harris, aged 10, the winner of this year’s

programme Cover Design Competition. 

Be Prepared



 Can  you as an individual or company or local group help raise funds or sponsorship for the show. We are keen to hear the outcome and will follow up where appropriate.


There will

There will be plenty of entertainment for all ages. You can a pick up a bargain or win prizes at the stalls then join the fun in the arena with the fancy dress, races and family tug-of war. 

A Grand Raffle will be held and winnners announced at 4.45pm.



As  in previous years, the community have excelled themselves  with their kind donations. At the beginning of June, we will be placing  boxes in the foyer of St Nicks Church. We need Bottles  (for the Bottle Stall) Books, toys, Bric-a-brac, Household goods,  jewellery, and accessories. Earlier donations can be collected as and  where necessary.



Our aim is to provide a show for everyone. The show committee welcomes your ideas  for stalls,arena events and entertainment. If  you have any suggestions please let us know.



   We are always looking for volunteers. We need help setting up the show in the morning or taking down after 5 pm. Would you like to help on a stall? All help will be greatly appreciated.
